RKM Transport chooses Rotoflo for reliable bulk transfers
How a Rotoflo hydraulic drive pump is enabling Rod Monti’s transport company to maintain a seamless supply chain
Victoria’s RKM Transport has incorporated a Rotoflo hydraulic drive bulk transfer pump into its fleet, installing a 100mm (4") pump system on one of its B-double trucks.

The family-owned logistics company specialises in the cartage of dense liquids across New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria.
Owner and founder Rod Monti said the Rotoflo pump was mounted on a truck designated for natural supplements being delivered to an organic feedlot, and was currently pumping 100+ tonne a week.
“We selected the Rotoflo pump for a new truck that we were fitting out,” Mr Monti said.
“It has performed really well; we’re very happy with it.”
RKM Transport transfers about 900 tonnes of raw molasses each week from a port in Victoria to its base in Kyneton where the molasses is mixed with supplements.
“We have 10 trucks – two B-triples and eight B-doubles – that then distribute the mixes to feedlots all over the countryside,” Mr Monti said.
