Attention to detail

After looking at a variety of gear pumps, we were put onto Ballards. After a number of conversations and drawings about the installation, a complete bill of materials was provided. Although not the cheapest solution, the quality of the set-up was good value for money. The direct drive pump and motor well spec’d for the job. The service was excellent. When the pump and fittings arrived, every threaded connection had thread tape applied. Every fitting that could be connected, was connected. There was very little to do except connect hoses and the last few fittings. Service was above and beyond. Made the set-up so easy and quick. Great service and a follow call to check everything arrived and working.
